Holos is a Ukrainian political party established in 2019 to represent pro-European reform values and bring new leaders into the country’s political landscape. Ahead of the parliamentary elections, the party required the rapid development of a recognizable brand and a large-scale national communication campaign.

Challenge 
Ahead of the 2019 snap parliamentary elections, the newly established political force had neither an established brand nor a history of engagement with voters. The key challenge was to build a recognizable political brand from scratch, rapidly establish trust among voters, and create a strong nationwide presence within a highly competitive environment and a limited campaign timeframe.

Strategy

A brand platform and creative campaign concept were developed to build a recognizable political brand and consistently communicate key messages to the target audience. The campaign ensured nationwide voter reach through the synergy of television, radio, outdoor advertising, digital communications, video content, print materials, and field campaigning. A unified communication system was created to establish a strong national brand presence throughout the election campaign.

Geo & Audience 
Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories). Voters across different age groups, with a primary focus on active citizens, reform supporters, entrepreneurs, youth, and urban audiences.

Impact

The campaign enabled the rapid launch and scaling of a new political brand at the national level, transforming the party from a newly established political force into a recognizable nationwide player. Consistent communication helped quickly build voter trust and convert high brand awareness into measurable electoral results.
